Threonine332/Serine335 (T332/S335) is major phosphorylation site of the Lysophosphatidic Acid Receptor 6 (LPA6). pT332/pS335-LPA6 antibody detects phosphorylation in response to agonists. T332/S335 phosphorylation is likely to be involved in efficient ligand sequestration by LPA.

Figure 1. Agonist-induced Threonine332/Serine335 phosphorylation of the Lysophosphatidic Acid Receptor 6. Upper panel, HEK293 cells stably expressing the LPA6-Receptor (LPA6) were either not exposed or exposed to 1 µM of LPA6-Receptor agonists 1-oleoyl-LPA for 30 minutes. Cells were lysed and immunoblotted with the anti-pT332/pS335-LPA6 antibody (7TM0163A) at a dilution of 1:1000. Lower panel, blot was stripped and reprobed with an phosphorylation-independent anti-LPA6 antibody to confirm equal loading of the gel.
