The non-phospho-A2A receptor antibody is directed against the distal end of the carboxyl-terminal tail of human A2A. It can be used to detect total A2A receptors in Western blots independent of phosphorylation. The A2A antibody can also be used to isolate and enrich A2A receptors from tissue lysates.
